About Therapeutic Yoga
Feeling stuck with nagging aches or stress? Therapeutic Yoga at Swasthya is all about real solutions for real struggles. I bring you a mix of old-school yoga wisdom and what actually works for the hectic city life.
What I Focus On
- I help with chronic health issues like BP, diabetes, thyroid, and joint or back pain
- If stress, anxiety, or crazy sleep schedules are your problem, I’ve got specific routines for you
- Can’t focus or need to boost memory? Some of my guided practices are made for that too
How My Classes Work
- I use targeted poses like Halasana for BP, diabetes, or to just calm your mind
- Props are not just for show - yoga blocks and straps help everyone, even if you’re stiff or new
- Restorative yoga for anxiety is a big part of my sessions, giving your body and mind a break
- You’ll learn traditional kriyas: Jyoti Trataka (for eyes, better sleep) and Jala Neti (helps with sinus and breathing)
Studio Vibe
- Small group batches, so you get attention but also community feels
- Loads of batch timings, early mornings to late evenings - pick what suits you
- No need to be super flexible or fit already, just willingness matters
If you’re ready to try stress management yoga techniques that actually fit into your life, my studio’s always open for new faces.

My Story
Namaskara, we’re Swasthya Yoga Academy. Seven years back, just a small idea, now a buzzing studio in Kaggadasapura. Our space is not fancy, but full of heart. Kids giggling in the evening, seniors stretching in the morning, sometimes partner yoga, sometimes just sitting together. We keep it real - yoga is more than bending, it’s about being mindful. We love connecting at Mysuru Yoga Utsava, always learning from S-VYASA. It’s a lifestyle, not just a class.
My Work
Group Yoga Classes - We teach Restorative Yoga for seniors, Core Strengthening, Partner Yoga, and kids batches in our studio.
Traditional Practices - We include Jyoti Trataka practice and cleansing techniques for a deeper experience.
Yoga for Everyone - Props like straps and blocks make it easy - all ages, all bodies, even total beginners are welcome.
Health Support - Sessions help with stress, back pain, BP, diabetes management, and improve blood circulation.
Community Vibes - Our local yoga family is tight-knit. Free demo class, come see for yourself.
