Yoga for Managing Chronic Conditions
I offer targeted yoga sequences to help manage chronic health issues. These sessions focus on asanas known to support individuals with high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid imbalances, and chronic back or joint pain.
Ancient Yogic Cleansing Practices (Kriyas)
I guide students through traditional Shatkriyas, or yogic cleansing techniques, for holistic well-being. This includes Jala Neti for sinus and respiratory health, and Jyoti Trataka for improving eyesight, concentration, and sleep quality.
Restorative Yoga for Stress & Anxiety
My restorative classes are designed to calm the nervous system and release deep-seated tension. We use props like blocks and straps to hold gentle poses for longer, allowing your body and mind to fully relax and rejuvenate.
