About this collection

These workshops are about more than just physical movement. Whether you are lying in a sound bath or working through stiffness in a therapeutic flow, you are here to learn how to listen to your body’s signals. It is about creating space—literally and metaphorically—so you can release the tension you have been carrying.

Movement as Medicine in Powai

Sometimes, a standard daily class isn't enough to unpack what we are holding in our bodies. That is why we created these specialized sessions at our climate-controlled shala in Hiranandani Gardens.

Nada Yoga & Sound Healing Our Nada Yoga workshops are not just for listening; they are for feeling. Using Tibetan singing bowls and chimes, we guide you through a sound bath designed to shift your state of mind. It is a form of deep, vibrational healing that helps quiet the chatter of the city and brings you back to a state of equilibrium. We host these sessions in small, intimate batches of 10–15 people, ensuring you get the quiet environment required for this work.

Movement as Therapy Led by instructors like Myra Khanna, these workshops break down the mechanics of the body. If you have been struggling with consistency or feel intimidated by traditional asana practice, this is where you start. We focus on the interplay between the front and back body, teaching you how to mobilize intelligently, expand, and contract without compression. It is a gentle, pedagogical approach that favors understanding over performance.

Philosophy and Introspection Beyond movement, we host Gītā Sār Vichār sessions. These are guided self-introspection workshops rather than lectures. We use the Bhagavad Gītā to help you sit with your own questions, providing worksheets and a space to share, reflect, and evolve alongside our community. Whether it is a weekend healing workshop or a full-day seminar, the goal remains the same: to create a homecoming within yourself.
