- Unlimited Sessions: Full entry to all daily scheduled group sessions (operating 6 to 7 days a week).
- Strength-X: Dedicated strength training using barbells and free weights.
- Boxing & Conditioning: High-intensity cardio combined with boxing skill work.
- HIIT Formats: Access to Aero-X (aerobic capacity), Phantom-X, and Mogambo Madness.
- Open Gym: Use of the gym floor outside of class timings for personal workouts.
Facility & Amenities
- Premium Equipment: Access to Assault Bikes, Concept2 Rowers, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, and Squat Racks.
- Locker Room: Access to changing areas, showers, and temporary usage lockers.
- Taxes: Price is inclusive of 18% GST.

- Group Setting: Training in a high-energy group environment (typically 10 to 20 people).
- Supervision: Floor coaches available for general form correction.
Premium 1-on-1 Transformation (Founder Tier)
Personalized Coaching
- 1-on-1 Sessions: 12 dedicated physical training sessions per month (approx. 3 per week) at the facility.
- Head Coach: Direct training with Zainn (Founder), not a junior floor trainer.
- Technique: Hands-on correction for complex lifts like Deadlifts and Squats to ensure injury-free progression.
- Program Design: Periodized strength and conditioning plan tailored to specific goals (Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, Post-Partum).
Nutrition & Lifestyle
- Custom Diet Strategy: Macro-calculated plan (Veg/Non-Veg) catering to travel and work schedules.
- Lifestyle Auditing: Guidance on sleep, hydration, and injury management.
- Accountability: Direct access to coach via WhatsApp for meal reviews and doubt clearing.
Tracking & Access
- Body Composition: Regular measurement of inches, weight, and progress photos.
- Gym Access: Includes the standard gym floor membership fee for the duration of the training.

Remote Programming
- Digital Workouts: Detailed schedule delivered via app or sheet with video demonstrations.

How We Train
I mix things up - hybrid personal training means a blend of heavy lifting, functional moves like kettlebells, and good old core and flexibility work. Some days you’ll feel like a “khatarnak player” (tough player), some days you’ll curse me. Either way, you’ll see change.
