Built by Discipline: My Physique and Training Principles

This physique isn't built on genetic luck; it is forged through years of heavy lifting and a consistent, no-nonsense lifestyle. My approach is simple: show up, work hard, and eat clean.

A well-developed back is the sign of a serious lifter. This double biceps pose shows the width and thickness built from years of pull-ups, rows, and deadlifts.

Another angle of the back double biceps pose, showcasing muscle maturity and symmetry. This is the result of relentless training.

Checking my back progress in the gym mirror. The V-taper from wide lats to a narrow waist is a classic bodybuilding goal that I work on constantly.

A moment of focus. Assessing my physique in the mirror helps me track progress and stay motivated. This is about being better than I was yesterday.

The reflection shows the results of hard work. Building thick, round shoulders and full biceps requires dedication and smart training.

Bicep flex in the mirror. Confidence comes from knowing you've put in the work. My training focuses on building classic, powerful arms.

Bicep check. A strong bicep peak is built with a variety of curling exercises and proper form.

Flexing outdoors, post-workout. The pump is a good indicator of an effective training session.

A simple flex showcasing the chest and arm development. Good lighting helps, but the muscle is built in the dark with hard work.

A relaxed back pose, showing the foundational muscle structure before flexing.

About My Physique: The Result of Discipline

My physique is not the product of shortcuts or fancy supplements; it is built on heavy compound lifts and a strictly desi, home-cooked diet. I don't believe in fad diets or over-complicating nutrition. Whether you want to build mass or burn fat, the formula is the same: discipline in the gym and consistency on your plate. If you are ready to put in the real work, I will handle the technical planning to get you there.

The mirror does not lie. Every ounce of muscle I have built comes from the same principles I apply to my clients. When I say 'Jhotte bandegaamak,' I mean building functional, raw strength—not just looking good for the camera.

My Training Philosophy

My workouts are built on the foundations of bodybuilding: squats, deadlifts, and presses. These are the lifts that build density and real-world toughness. I am K11 certified, so my approach to form and safety is clinical, even if my delivery is loud. If your form is bad, your results will be worse.

Why Desi Diet Wins

Nutrition is where most people fail because they try to follow influencer diets that don't fit our lifestyle. I do not put my clients on boiled broccoli. I design plans around roti, sabzi, dal, and local, accessible grocery items. This is sustainable. You eat what your family eats, just in the right proportions.

Accountability

I don't just write a chart and disappear. Whether we are training in-person or online, I track your progress weekly. I want to see your lunch boxes and your workout videos. If you are tired of paying for plans that don't work, it is time to try the hard way.
