About this collection

My online sessions are live and interactive, not pre-recorded videos. I monitor your form through your camera during the session to provide real-time corrections and motivation. If you prefer 1-on-1 coaching, I provide personalized private training in Salt Lake and Lake Town, designing routines specifically for your fitness goals and the space you have available.

How My Online Classes Work

I conduct live, interactive sessions via Zoom or Google Meet. You do not need a large gym or heavy equipment. These routines are designed to fit within a 6x6 ft area, perfect for a living room or bedroom. The classes focus on bodyweight exercises, calisthenics, and yoga, ensuring you get a complete workout without needing special gear. You get 12 sessions per month, and I provide real-time verbal feedback on your technique, just as I would in the studio.

1-on-1 Personal Training

If you need undivided attention, my private coaching is the right choice. Whether we meet at my studio in Bidhannagar or I travel to your home in Salt Lake or Lake Town, the entire hour is dedicated to you. We start by defining your goals, whether that is injury management, rapid weight loss, or mastering a specific skill. I track your progress, adjust the intensity, and provide basic nutritional guidance to support your lifestyle changes.

Why My Training Approach Works

I do not believe in crash courses or temporary fixes. My training philosophy centers on building a solid foundation of strength, flexibility, and balance through regular practice. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced athlete, we focus on consistent improvement. You will not find any 'perfect body' pressure here; my classes are about building confidence and real capability that carries over into your daily life.

I also provide manual spotting for difficult postures and inversions during studio sessions to ensure you stay safe while challenging your limits.
