About this collection
Water creates a unique environment where you can push your muscles harder while being gentle on your joints. It is an ideal setting if you are recovering from an injury or simply want a workout that leaves you feeling energized rather than drained, as the natural resistance of the water does the heavy lifting for you.
Why Water Fitness?
Many of my students switch to aqua sessions because they want a full-body workout without the jarring impact of high-intensity land training. In the water, your range of motion often increases, and the water pressure provides a constant resistance that strengthens muscles and improves balance.
What to Expect
- Joint-Friendly: Great for those with knee, back, or ankle issues who find standard gym workouts painful.
- Strength & Cardio: You will find that moves which are simple on land become challenging and effective in the water.
- No Swimming Skills Needed: You do not need to be a swimmer to participate. We keep to the shallow end and focus on movement, dance, and yoga flows.

These sessions are held at the Bidhannagar Swimming Association. I maintain small groups to ensure everyone gets enough space to move freely and follow the routine. Whether you are looking to tone up or just break the monotony of a standard exercise routine, these sessions offer a refreshing alternative.
