Short intro
I run fitness and wellness classes in Kolkata for anyone who wants to get stronger, more flexible, or just feel better overall. There’s no “perfect body” stuff here - just real training for real people, all ages.
What’s On Offer
- Yoga for beginners, kids, and adults. We use props like yoga wheels so everyone can get the hang of the poses.
- Pilates classes for adults who want a full-body, mind-to-muscle workout. Sometimes we use ankle weights for an extra push.
- Dance-based workouts like Bolly-Fitness and Zumba, where you can let loose and still sweat it out.
- Gymnastics and kids flexibility training, mostly for the little ones who love to move and stretch.
- Unique options too: Aqua Yoga, Martial Arts, Capoeira, even Skating.
How Classes Work
- You pick: group vibe or private, one-on-one focus.
- Online or offline, depending on what suits you.

My Training Style
I’m big on regular practice and solid basics. These aren’t crash courses - we’re here to work and see progress over time. The classes are friendly and upbeat, but we don’t mess around when it comes to improving strength, posture, and confidence. And yeah, the stress relief is real - thik ache (it’s all good).

My Story
Hi, Subham here. Dance, yoga, movement - it’s all life for me, not just work. I started Subham Chail Performing Arts so anyone, kid or grown-up, can try ballet, get fit, or just move for joy. I run classes in Kolkata and Purulia, always pushing for discipline but never forgetting the fun. Watching students nail that yoga pose or step on stage with confidence - that’s the best part.

Dance & Fitness Classes - We teach Bollywood, Hip-hop, Jazz, Ballet, Salsa, Contemporary, plus Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Dance Fitness, and Aqua Yoga Kolkata.
