About Adult Dance & Movement
My classes aren't about mindless repetition. We use wall-to-wall mirrors so you can track your progress, and I focus on correct form for every move—whether you're sweating through a Bolly-Fitness routine or mastering contemporary floor work. This is disciplined training designed to build strength and posture, not just burn calories.
How We Train
My approach to movement is simple: consistency and technique. I don't run crash courses. Whether you join my Bolly-Fitness batches for cardio or my contemporary classes for flexibility and balance, the focus remains on long-term progress.
We provide:
- Form Correction: You will have access to full-length wall mirrors and, where necessary, manual spotting to ensure your technique is safe and effective.
- Versatile Options: You can choose between high-intensity cardio through Bollywood and Zumba styles, or core-focused training with my Yoga and Pilates tracks.
- Flexible Logistics: Classes are available at my dedicated studios in Bidhannagar and Ultadanga. If you prefer, I also offer 1-on-1 personal training at your home across Salt Lake and Lake Town areas.
What to Expect
If you are a beginner, we start with the basics of body weight and coordination. For those with experience, we push into advanced floor work and choreography. All group sessions use high-quality audio systems and shared props like yoga wheels and resistance bands, so you don't need to bring equipment unless you are training for specialized skills like skating.
My classes are open to everyone, regardless of your fitness background. The goal is to leave the session feeling stronger and more aware of your body than when you walked in.
