This is my Aqua Dance fitness class in action. It's a high-energy, low-impact group workout in the pool that’s perfect for adults of all fitness levels. We combine dance and aerobic movements with the natural resistance of water for a fun and effective session.

Here's a young student demonstrating incredible progress in our kids' flexibility training. This wall-assisted split handstand shows the strength and control we build in our gymnastics and flexibility programs for children in Kolkata.

I use props like the yoga wheel to help students deepen their practice and achieve advanced poses like this headstand variation. My yoga classes focus on building balance, core strength, and proper alignment.

A glimpse into one of my energetic Bolly-Fitness classes for adults. These sessions are all about letting loose, sweating it out, and enjoying a great workout with fun choreography. It’s a fantastic way to improve stamina and relieve stress.
