This is my Aqua Dance fitness class in action. It's a high-energy, low-impact group workout in the pool that’s perfect for adults of all fitness levels. We combine dance and aerobic movements with the natural resistance of water for a fun and effective session.

I use props like the yoga wheel to help students deepen their practice and achieve advanced poses like this headstand variation. My yoga classes focus on building balance, core strength, and proper alignment.
A glimpse into one of my energetic Bolly-Fitness classes for adults. These sessions are all about letting loose, sweating it out, and enjoying a great workout with fun choreography. It’s a fantastic way to improve stamina and relieve stress.
I provide hands-on assistance to ensure students practice safely and effectively. In this private session, I'm helping a young dancer deepen her flexibility for a King Pigeon Pose, using a yoga wheel for support.
Our kids' ballet classes focus on building a strong foundation in technique, posture, and grace. This student is practicing a standing split, showcasing the flexibility and discipline we cultivate in our young dancers.
I also offer unique classes like artistic skating. Here, I'm demonstrating how we blend the grace of ballet with the dynamic movement of roller skating to create a fun and challenging workout.
