Whether I am directing a campaign or styling a hero character, my focus is technical accuracy meeting visual appeal. For the Mia by Tanishq project, we went from initial fabric swatches to a finished custom gown in just 36 hours. I don't just pick clothes; I manage the technical side—ensuring fabrics hold up under harsh studio lighting, colors grade well on camera, and character arcs remain consistent with the script.
My approach to commercial styling goes beyond just making things look pretty. It starts with a 60-minute deep-dive strategy session to align your brand identity with the visual route.
The Creative Process
- Technical Analysis: I analyze fabric textures against the specific lighting and color grading of your shoot to ensure the wardrobe enhances the frame rather than fighting it.
- Moodboards: I build scene-by-scene wardrobe breakdowns that match your script, ensuring every look serves the narrative.
- Sourcing & Fabrication: My network spans indie labels to high-end designers. If the right outfit doesn't exist, I manage the design and stitching process from scratch.
On-Set Management
On the day of the shoot, I lead as the Head of Department. My role includes everything from managing quick changes and continuity to ensuring the steamer is always ready. I provide a professional kit—including emergency sewing supplies—to keep the production moving without delays. Whether it is a Valentine's campaign with Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa or a high-impact Netflix project, I take care of the heavy lifting so you can focus on the performance.
My studio in Santacruz West, Mumbai, acts as our base camp for fittings and sourcing reconciliation, making the entire process seamless from pre-production to the final wrap.
