I turn messy ideas into visual stories. Whether it is an editorial cover or a brand campaign, these looks are where my vision meets reality.

Styling the cover of Fortune India with the incredible leaders of Netflix India was a career milestone. I crafted these powerful, coordinated red and maroon pantsuits to reflect their authority and the bold impact of their brand. This is what corporate power-dressing looks like.

Bringing back the disco era with the one and only Zeenat Aman for a Mia by Tanishq campaign. This video captures the magic on set as she moves in the custom-designed shimmering red gown, a look we created from scratch to honor her legendary status.

A close-up of the look I created for Anushka Sen at the Cannes Film Festival. The concept was inspired by an iced cortado for a Nespresso event, blending earthy tones with intricate details like these statement floral earrings and a sleek ponytail for a chic, international red carpet appearance.

A heartwarming moment from the Tanishq Valentine's campaign featuring soulmates Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa. I styled them in comfortable, elegant loungewear to create a feeling of authentic connection, letting their chemistry and the beautiful jewelry shine.

A shot from a campaign where I served as the creative director and stylist for Studio Nirjara. I used the golden hour light and soft textures to build a scene of quiet intimacy, telling a visual story that is both artistic and deeply emotional.

The reality of my studio days often involves me, a cup of chai, and my laptop. Here I am, deep in the creative process, planning looks and building mood boards in a comfortable yet stylish outfit that keeps the ideas flowing.

A moment I'll never forget: putting up the nameplate on my new studio. Seeing 'Style by Kayal' in both English and Hindi finally made this dream feel real. This space is where all the creative chaos is channeled into beautiful results.

About this collection

For the Fortune India cover, I did not just pick red suits. I chose specific cuts and color saturation to help the Netflix leadership team project authority without looking stiff. Getting the texture right on camera is 90 percent of the work, and that is the technical detail I bring to every project, whether it is for a magazine feature or a fast-paced commercial film.

My approach changes based on what the story needs. When I am styling someone like Zeenat Aman for a disco-themed campaign, we are not just playing dress-up. We are honoring an icon. That process requires sourcing or creating garments from scratch in under 36 hours.

On the flip side, editorial work for brands like Fortune requires a different gear. It is about power-dressing that feels modern. I spend hours on mood boards, balancing high-end designer pieces with accessible brands, to build looks that feel grounded in the real world.

If you are looking for help with a commercial campaign or personal branding, we start by figuring out what the final shot needs to say. I handle the logistics, the sourcing, and the on-set management, so you can focus on the performance. From the first sketch to the final fitting, it is all about making the vision feel honest and right.
