While the design philosophy starts with my vision, it is our team’s collective rigour, from junior architects to site supervisors, that brings complex structural plans to reality. We dedicate our time to selecting the right vein in a marble slab or coordinating site visits to ensure the brickwork aligns perfectly with our initial renders.

Since our founding in 2019, Studio Skapa Architects has grown into a practice rooted in constant dialogue and collaboration. We believe that a design is only as strong as its execution, which requires a team that understands the weight of a stone, the precision of a coffer slab, and the impact of site-specific light conditions.

Our Process

Our office culture is built around mentorship and shared learning. We do not work in isolation. Whether we are planning a large-scale institutional campus or a single-family home in Karnataka, every project undergoes a rigorous process of site analysis, material investigation, and technical drafting. Our junior architects play a vital role, often spending as much time on-site as they do in the studio, ensuring that the theoretical design retains its integrity through the construction phase.
