Architecture is a journey of patience, collaboration, and hard work. This collection offers a behind-the-scenes look at our process, from initial site plans and structural foundations to the final handover.

The beginning of our journey at the Campus Biovet site in June 2020. This image shows the foundation work for the 45,000 sq. ft. canteen and office block, the largest project for our studio at the time.

The site for the Campus Biovet office block, with the plinth beams laid out. This was the starting point for a three-year journey of bringing our architectural vision from the ground up.

The basement level under construction at the Campus Biovet site. This phase involved extensive concrete and reinforcement work, forming the structural base for the three-story building above.

The ground floor structure begins to take shape at the Campus Biovet project. The random rubble foundation work is visible, showcasing the early stages of construction before the columns rise.

A view from within the ground floor of the Campus Biovet building during construction. The exposed concrete columns and beams give a sense of the scale and the raw, industrial aesthetic that would define the finished space.

The Veerabhavana Villa in Mangalore during the construction phase. The concrete shell of the building is complete, revealing the grand arches and overall form of the Mediterranean-inspired home before the finishing work began.

Another angle of the Veerabhavana Villa under construction. This view shows the full scope of the corner plot and how the design addresses both street-facing elevations, a key consideration from the start.

A close-up of the arched portico of the Veerabhavana Villa during construction. Even in its raw concrete form, the elegance and classical proportions of the architectural design are clearly visible.

Laterite brickwork begins on the ground floor of the Veerabhavana Villa. This traditional local material is used for infill walls within the concrete structural frame, grounding the home in its Mangalorean context.

Two of our talented architects on-site at the Veerabhavana Villa project in Mangalore. Their dedication and problem-solving during the construction process were crucial to the project's success.

About The Design Process: From Concept to Reality

We approach every construction site with the understanding that the most critical work happens before a single finish is applied. Whether we are coordinating plinth beams for a large institutional campus or managing the traditional laterite brickwork for a villa, our site supervision involves navigating unforeseen challenges in real-time. We do not just provide drawings, we are on the ground to ensure the structural intent translates perfectly into the built form.
