Why Interior Design Matters to Me
A thoughtfully designed space can do wonders - it’s not just décor, it’s a feeling. I see my work as a way to create homes and workplaces that calm the mind and spark inspiration. Every project feels personal, and finishing each one leaves me grateful and proud.
My Design Approach
I love mixing Indian artisan décor with fresh, modern touches. My goal? Spaces that balance what looks good and what actually works for your life. I focus on bringing out your story, whether through a vintage piece or a new idea you’ve always wanted to try.
What I Design
- Full home makeovers, including small space transformation for older flats or new builds
- Kid-friendly rooms (bunk beds, swings, and all), pooja corners, cozy offices, kitchens that work for your daily life
- Offices and community spots that feel welcoming, not just functional
- Urban cafes and guesthouses designed for comfort and style
My Signature Styles
- Earthy, industrial chic with exposed brick, concrete, and colourful touches
- Rooted Japandi style interiors - simple, decluttered, warm, and natural
- Luxurious, opulent spaces using marble, onyx, and polished wood

My Story
We kicked off Studio Skapa Architects in 2019, after I soaked in a lot from London and some wild projects in Sri Lanka and India. Architecture for us? It’s never just walls and roofs. Like, designing Jindal Public School in Dabaspet—free education, real impact—made us believe good design can change lives. And that family home for Sri Veerendra Hegde ji in Mangalore? Still gives us goosebumps. That feeling, sitting at a finished site, just happy. That’s what keeps us going.

Blending Old & New - We love mixing earthy industrial home design with a bit of Bali inspired interiors, especially in Bengaluru.
