Featured Architectural Projects and Design Portfolio
A collection of our work across homes, campuses, and commercial spaces. Each project prioritizes structural integrity and local craftsmanship.
A dramatic custom lighting installation of floating bird-like fixtures draws the eye upwards in the reception area of Anthea Pharma. The reception desk itself, crafted from teakwood with a dark wenge stain, provides a strong anchor against the microtopped exposed cement wall, establishing a sophisticated, chic-industrial tone for the entire corporate office.
The facade of the Campus Biovet office block showcases our philosophy of using honest, regional materials. A double-walled brick cladding, inspired by the local brick factories of Malur, creates a textured, linear pattern that is softened by the surrounding landscape and tall trees we carefully preserved during construction.
This architectural render captures the evening ambiance of the Veerabhavana Villa in Mangalore. The design employs a Mediterranean architectural style, featuring grand arches and a carefully planned lighting scheme to create an elegant and welcoming family home that is impressive from every angle.
The boardroom at Anthea Pharma was designed with acoustics as a primary focus. We used a combination of brick cladding in a herringbone pattern and custom acoustic panels framed by teakwood spindles to create a space that is both sonically optimized and visually warm, perfect for high-level corporate discussions.
The facade of Jindal Public School at dusk, a project providing free education in rural Bangalore. The design uses earth-toned vertical rafters to break the monotony of the textured grey exterior, which also cleverly conceal service ducts and integrate lighting, creating a timeless and sophisticated institutional building.
The open-air coffee bar at Kana Cafe in Bangalore, designed to be the heart of the space. The design integrates nature with a breezy, Bali-inspired aesthetic, featuring a glass canopy, minimal furniture, and a dessert counter clad in soft green tiles to create a serene urban retreat.
This living space from our "Rooted Japandi Home" renovation project showcases a fusion of Japanese and Scandinavian design principles. A custom puja unit with a geometric CNC-cut pattern stands beside a comfortable sofa, while the gallery wall features the client's late father's own carpentry sketches, rooting the modern design in family history.
About this collection
When reviewing these projects, notice how we manage material constraints, such as the locally sourced brick at Campus Biovet or the acoustic requirements in corporate boardrooms. Good architecture is not merely about aesthetics. It is about how structural layouts, site orientation, and material choices function together to serve the space, whether for a private residence or an institutional campus.
Architecture is a discipline of context. Whether designing a corporate campus in Malur or an ancestral villa in Mangalore, our process begins by understanding the site's unique requirements—the sun path, wind direction, and existing landscape. We avoid imposing a singular style on different project types. Instead, we allow the function of the space and the potential of the materials to dictate the design narrative.
Materiality and Craft
We believe in the honest expression of materials. You will notice a recurring focus on exposed brick, Kota stone, and cement finishes across our portfolio. These choices are deliberate. They provide a post-industrial character that is grounded in Indian craftsmanship. We integrate these traditional materials with modern structural techniques, such as coffer slab roofing or complex facade engineering, to ensure our buildings are as functional as they are visually compelling.
Our Project Scope
Our work spans various scales:
- Commercial and Institutional: Large-scale master planning focusing on zoning, circulation, and creating community-centric environments. We prioritize high-traffic durability and long-term utility.
- Residential: From bungalow architecture to home renovations, our focus is on creating spaces that reflect personal narratives. We often work with adaptive reuse, modifying existing layouts to improve flow without erasing historical character.
- Interiors: We design internal spaces as extensions of the architecture. Every element, from custom teakwood joinery to lighting installations, is designed to enhance the environment's specific atmosphere.
