Institutional and Campus Architecture
We design educational and industrial campuses that balance structural integrity with human-centric flow. Our approach focuses on master planning that serves the community and creates a lasting impact.
The Jindal Public School in Dabaspet, a project designed to provide free, quality education in a modern campus that rivals private institutions. The facade lighting highlights the architectural details, creating a welcoming beacon for the community at night.
A daytime view of the Jindal Public School, where our facade design aimed for a timeless and simple aesthetic. The building's clean lines and textured grey finish are designed to withstand the highway environment while inspiring the students within.
The front elevation of Jindal Public School, framed by trees. Our goal was to create a space that fosters holistic development through thoughtful design, nurturing creativity and a sense of community for hundreds of children in rural Bangalore.

The impressive scale of the Jindal Public School building. We are honored to be the architects for this transformative project, shaping a space that uplifts and empowers the next generation through accessible, high-quality design.
The facade of Jindal Public School, where we introduced earth-toned vertical rafters to break the monotony of the textured grey exterior. These rafters also cleverly conceal ventilators and service ducts while adding aesthetic appeal with subtle lighting.
Another shot of the school's facade, showing how the vertical rafters add warmth and visual interest. The color palette was carefully chosen to feel timeless and withstand the dust from the adjacent highway.
About this collection
Designing a campus involves balancing structural constraints with human-centric flow. We focus on master planning that optimizes circulation, ventilation, and natural light while ensuring high-traffic zones remain durable. Whether we are planning a gateway for an industrial site or a school facade, we prioritize materials that age gracefully and structural layouts that support the long-term needs of your organization.
Our approach to institutional architecture is rooted in creating spaces that actively serve their communities. We work closely with clients to understand the specific needs of the users, from students in educational settings to teams in corporate environments.
Our Design Process
- Master Planning: We evaluate plot orientation, sun path, and wind direction to create efficient zoning strategies. This ensures that building blocks, pedestrian paths, and green pockets work in harmony to foster a sense of community.
- Structural Coordination: We specialize in planning for complex systems, such as coffer slab roofing, which allows for large, column-free spans in assembly halls or industrial spaces.
- Facade Engineering: For large-scale projects like the Jindal Public School, we design facade systems that provide solar shading and service integration. We carefully select materials to ensure the exterior remains timeless and easy to maintain, even in challenging environments like highway surroundings.
- Materiality: We favor a minimal palette—exposed brick, concrete, granite, and glass. This approach creates spaces that are visually sophisticated, durable, and honest.
We collaborate frequently with other design partners to deliver large-scale projects that require diverse expertise. If you are in the planning stages of a campus, school, or corporate facility, we would be happy to walk you through how our master planning and architectural design services can bring your project to life.
