Corporate and Commercial Architecture
We design productive workspaces by balancing raw industrial elements with refined Indian craftsmanship. Our approach focuses on acoustic optimization, material honesty, and creating environments that reflect your brand identity.
The main entrance lobby at Anthea Pharma, a 12,000 sq. ft. space combining industrial design with natural elements. The flooring is natural grey limestone, complemented by an exposed brick wall and microtopped cement finishes, creating a harmonious interplay of rugged textures.
The Managing Director's cabin at Anthea Pharma features a discussion table set against a wood-paneled wall with integrated screens. The ceiling's cement board baffles conceal all lighting, maintaining a clean, mid-century modern aesthetic while wooden acoustic panels enhance sound quality.

This conference room at Anthea Pharma showcases our focus on creating unique, acoustically optimized spaces. The design features a traditional chattayi ceiling with teakwood beading, herringbone wooden flooring, and patterned acoustical boards on the walls for a warm and sophisticated feel.
A discussion room at Anthea Pharma designed for collaboration, featuring custom writing boards and acoustical wood paneling. A bold, centrally suspended LED light illuminates the herringbone-patterned wooden floor and the discussion table, which seats up to eight people.
This discussion room at Anthea Pharma continues the aesthetic from the lobby with a striking teakwood blockwork pattern and integrated writing boards. The wooden acoustic ceiling panels and an exposed cement TV wall balance warmth with a raw, industrial feel.

About this collection
Beyond aesthetics, our commercial projects prioritize acoustic performance and spatial flow. In our Anthea Pharma project, we utilized vaulted concrete ceilings and herringbone-patterned brick cladding not just for visual texture, but as functional sound barriers, ensuring a quiet, focused environment amidst an open-plan layout.
Commercial office design is rarely just about floor plans. It is about understanding the operational needs of your team and creating a physical environment that supports them. We begin every project by analyzing the site context, whether it is a new campus or an office interior, to ensure the architecture responds effectively to its surroundings.
Our design philosophy emphasizes material integrity. We gravitate towards honest, tactile materials like exposed concrete, natural stone, and locally sourced woods. These materials age gracefully and add a layer of sophistication that standard finishes cannot replicate. When we design a lobby or a boardroom, we are looking for a balance between warmth and utility.
Technical precision is central to our process. This involves detailed planning for:
- Acoustics: Using materials like perforated acoustic boards, chatai panels, and textured brick to control sound in open-plan offices and conference rooms.
- Spatial Flow: Designing circulation paths that encourage team interaction while maintaining necessary privacy for focused work.
- Services Integration: Seamlessly embedding HVAC, electrical, and lighting systems within the architectural elements so they enhance, rather than disrupt, the visual language of the space.
Whether you are planning a corporate office, a commercial campus, or a retail environment, we work to build a structure that belongs to its place. We invite collaboration throughout the process, from initial conceptual layouts to the final execution of detailing, ensuring the result is as practical as it is distinct.
