About Our Team & Studio Culture
Design at our studio rarely starts on a computer screen. It begins with physical model-making, hand-sketches, and long, iterative discussions between our design leads and project teams. This collaborative approach allows us to stress-test spatial relationships and material choices long before construction begins, ensuring that every project—from urban campuses to specialized healthcare units—is built with clarity and intent.
The Edifician Approach
Since 1989, our studio has functioned as a living lab. We believe that great architecture is the result of 'design listening'—listening to the site's unique context, the client's vision, and the community's needs. This philosophy is embedded in our team structure. We foster a culture of mentorship where senior architects with decades of experience work side-by-side with young designers, encouraging a continuous exchange of ideas, traditional techniques, and modern technological advancements.
