Our studio is a laboratory for design research and dialogue, where we refine our approach to human-centered architecture through continuous study and collaboration.

We regularly host 'Terrace Talks' at our studio. In this session, Avaneesh Bavadekar discusses the scaffolded mind theory and its connection to architecture through the writings of Juhani Pallasmaa on phenomenology.

The Tonga Court Cafe and roof garden at our studio. These spaces, filled with ochre and green tones, serve as informal meeting areas and event spaces, fostering a creative and collaborative atmosphere.

Bamboo is used in three ways at our studio: as a semi-porous screen at the entrance, as a framed view from a window, and as a dense canopy on the terrace, creating a private cocoon that filters the city out.

About Studio & Culture

Our studio functions as a physical testing ground for the design theories we apply to your projects. When you visit, you will see how we use bamboo screens to filter sunlight or how our terrace serves as a prototype for cross-ventilation, demonstrating that the environment we work in directly shapes the human-centered architecture we create for you.
