We do not believe in a linear checklist. At SAS, you are not assigned to a single drafter. Instead, your project is reviewed by a team of 24 minds, where we debate the site's potential and your specific needs, ensuring that every wall and window has a clear, functional purpose before we ever put a pen to paper.
Our studio is not just a collection of desks and computers. It is a collective of architects, designers, and thinkers who operate on the belief that good design is a translation of purpose, not a decoration. When you work with us, you are engaging with a process that prioritizes discovery above all else.
Our principal architects, Akshay and Yash Mehta, steer this philosophy. They act as the compass, ensuring that the dialogue between our team and your vision remains clear. Whether it is a luxury apartment interior or a master-planned community, our approach remains the same. We begin by listening, questioning, and understanding the context of the land or the space.
This collaborative environment is why we have 24 minds on the floor. Each senior architect, from those specializing in precision detailing to those focused on community flow, brings a different layer of expertise. We argue over details because we believe that if we haven't pushed an idea to its breaking point, we haven't found the right solution. This internal friction is what results in the sculptural calm and clean lines that define our work. By the time a concept reaches the visualization phase, it has been vetted by multiple perspectives, ensuring the final result is both lived-in and structurally sound.
