About Our Studio: A Space for Stillness
Most studios rely on music to fill the silence, but here, we keep it empty. The marble flooring is cool, the space is consecrated to sustain a meditative quality, and the only sound you hear is your own breath. It is designed to help you turn inward without distraction.
Classical Hatha Yoga is not about fitness in the gym sense. It is a system designed to align your body, mind, and energy. Our studio in Suncity, Gurgaon, reflects this principle. You will notice we have no speakers, no music, and no fancy equipment. We provide marble flooring and a space that is consecrated to support your focus. This environment is crucial because when you remove external stimulation, you are forced to confront your own stillness.
Whether you are practicing Surya Kriya for stability or Angamardana for physical strength, the process remains the same. You will follow the sequence precisely as designed at the Isha Hatha Yoga School. We keep our batches limited to 5-10 participants. This ensures that I can provide individual correction on your alignment. Yoga is a science of geometry and breath, and even a slight shift in posture makes a difference.
If you are looking for a place to simply work out, this might not be the right fit. But if you are seeking a disciplined, authentic environment to practice, you will find it here. We view this space as a sanctuary where you can step away from the noise of Gurgaon and return to yourself.
