Why combine yoga and trekking? It is about applying the stillness of yoga to the dynamic environment of the Himalayas. We select sacred sites like Kasar Devi and the winter seat of Tunganath to provide a backdrop that naturally supports inner quiet.
Each day follows a set rhythm. You learn powerful tools like Surya Shakti—which strengthens the heart and immunity—through guided, rigorous instruction. We avoid the common pitfalls of retreats that function as vacations. There is no music and no fluff. Just the raw, powerful, classical practices.
We keep our groups small to ensure every participant receives individual attention and correction. Whether we are trekking to Deoria Tal or practicing in a quiet mountain hall, the focus remains on the geometry of the body and the alignment of the mind. By the end of these few days, you carry back more than memories of the mountains. You carry a practice that you can sustain in your daily life, long after you return home.
