Classical Hatha Yoga and Consecrated Space in East Delhi
Experience the tools of Classical Hatha Yoga in an environment energized by the grace of the Devi Avigna Yantra. Here, we move beyond fitness to align body, mind, and energy.
I offer Classical Hatha Yoga in its purest form, a path to find balance, breath, and stillness. This is an invitation to return to your roots and awaken the life within you.
Our space is consecrated with the presence of the Devi Avigna Yantra. The atmosphere is alive with a certain grace, making every practice and moment of stillness a profound experience.
In the quiet moments of our sessions, participants often experience a deep sense of inner peace and stillness. This is the true purpose of our sadhana, to go beyond the physical and touch a deeper dimension.

About Featured
Many studios offer yoga as a physical workout, but Dwijas is built differently. This hall in East Delhi is a consecrated space, energized by the presence of the Sadhguru Sannidhi and the Devi Avigna Yantra. This creates an atmosphere of stillness that naturally supports you, whether you are here for a Surya Kriya session or simply to sit in meditation. The space does the heavy lifting, allowing your practice to go deeper than just physical stretching.
Our Approach to Yoga
At Dwijas, my goal is to offer Classical Hatha Yoga exactly as structured by Sadhguru. These are not merely exercises to fix the body but powerful processes to align your system.
We focus on traditional, precise instruction:
- Angamardana: A high-intensity, no-equipment system designed to invigorate the body and reach peak physical agility.
- Surya Kriya: A potent 21-minute energy practice that stabilizes the mind and activates your physical system, distinct from common sun salutations.
- Yogasanas: Subtle, powerful postures that create health and balance, allowing you to connect with deeper dimensions of your being.
- Bhuta Shuddhi: A foundational yogic process for cleansing the five elements, helping you gain mastery over your system.
A Consecrated Environment
Our studio in Hargobind Enclave is more than just a room; it is a sacred space. The presence of the Devi Avigna Yantra allows for an intensity and grace that is difficult to find in typical commercial yoga centers. It is a place for our Sangha (community) to gather—whether for regular sadhana, Devi Abhishekam, or moments of shared silence.
Getting Started
We welcome anyone 14 years and older. No prior experience is required—just an openness to receive. After completing your initial workshop, you are invited to join our regular guided sessions to maintain your practice in the company of other seekers. We provide lifetime support for your practice queries, ensuring your sadhana remains consistent and pure.
