Participant Stories & Transformations
Yoga is not just a workout. These are real accounts from students who moved beyond the physical to discover the depth of classical Hatha Yoga.
I feel immense gratitude for experiences like these. This is the story of a participant, a milkman, who traveled 200 kilometers and spent his savings to learn Surya Kriya, seeking something beyond words. His quest for "Param Sukh" or ultimate bliss is an inspiration.
This is Anshay's experience after learning Angamardana and Surya Kriya at my studio. He shares that he feels more at peace, has a constant flow of energy, and that the onset of his cervical pain vanished after starting his sadhana.
A participant shares her experience from one of our yoga retreats. She describes it as the "greatest decision" and a gift to herself, feeling that the universe conspired to bring her back to her Surya Kriya practice. It is wonderful to see her reconnect with herself.
A participant shares her experience of the studio environment. She finds the space peaceful and refreshing, a welcome contrast to a chaotic and hectic life. Creating this consecrated atmosphere is an important part of the process.
About Participant Stories & Transformations
People often come to us after years of searching for something that is not just another fitness routine. We see participants like the milkman who traveled 200 kilometers just to learn Surya Kriya, or professionals who walked in with debilitating cervical pain only to find it vanish after consistent sadhana. These stories show that when you remove the music, the props, and the distractions, you are left with a raw, powerful process that actually works.
We believe that the environment dictates the quality of the practice. Our studio in Suncity, Gurugram, is a consecrated space, designed to be free from external noise and distractions. When you step onto the mat here, there is no music playing, no props to lean on, and no rushing to the next pose. It is just you, your breath, and the practice.
This approach creates a specific kind of intensity. Whether you are learning Angamardana to gain physical strength or Surya Kriya to build mental stability, the process remains strict and traditional. We cap our weekend workshops at 10 participants to ensure that every correction is precise. We do this because the geometry of the body matters.
Many students tell us that this rigor is exactly what they were missing. They find that once they commit to the daily sadhana, the shifts start to happen on their own. It is not about reaching a destination. It is about creating a little bit of space between you and your mind, so you can finally experience the stillness they describe as Param Sukh.
