You bring the consistency, and I will handle the science behind your fat loss and muscle gain.
I do not believe in magic pills or short-term fixes. Real change happens when you show up every single day, regardless of how you feel. My approach is simple: I give you the roadmap, and you put in the sweat.
The 90-Day Intensive
This isn't a casual membership; it's a commitment. We work on a phased approach: conditioning, hypertrophy, and cutting. You will be using battle ropes, agility ladders, and heavy compound lifts like deadlifts and bench presses to push your body further than you thought possible. I also provide personalized diet charts with specific calorie targets, so you are fueling your body for growth, not just guessing what to eat.
