I believe in challenging the usual. Starting is tough, but you don’t wait for motivation - you earn it. Mehnat kar, pasina baha. Rukna aur thakna hai mana (Work hard, sweat it out. Stopping and getting tired is forbidden). That’s how I roll in my studio.

Total Wellness

Here, I mix mind-body fitness routines with practical skills. It’s not only about heavy workouts or just stretching. I offer both martial arts for stress relief and yoga for empowerment. Some days, you’ll be kicking and punching, other days you’ll be deep breathing and slowing down.

Karate: Your Inner Warrior

Karate is big here. I teach Shito Ryu karate training, led by Chanchal Kanwar. B - international champ and 5th Dan black belt. You’ll learn discipline, sparring, self-defense, and those classic kata moves. No show-off, just skills you’ll actually use.

Yoga: Find Your Balance

Yoga is about connecting with yourself. My sessions focus on mindfulness, meditation, and powerful or calming asanas. You’ll notice better flexibility, mental clarity, and a more sustainable lifestyle over time.

Flexible Classes

Classes run up to 6 days a week in Namma Bengaluru. Weekday or weekend batches, so you don’t have to make excuses. Banni, join aagi (Come, join in).

My Story

Exercise isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling alive. That’s why I kicked off SP Workout Zone. Here, we’re Team SP, pushing each other past limits, laughing through group aerobics dance, sweating it out, and even hitting a cricket ball when we’re not at the weights. We party together, from Ugadi to Diwali, birthdays too. This is more than a gym, it’s our lifestyle. Stronger than excuses, always.
