- Safety & Spotting: Real-time form correction and manual assistance during heavy lifts.
Clinical Nutrition
- Dietitian Consultation: Initial assessment of medical history and lifestyle by Clinical Dietitian Yashpal.
- Custom Meal Plan: Natural, whole-food based diet chart (PDF/Print) without heavy reliance on supplements.
- Bi-Weekly Reviews: Routine checks on diet adherence and body measurements.
Facility & Tracking
- Priority Access: Reserved usage of strength equipment (Racks, Dumbbells) during coaching hours.
- Body Metrics: Monthly BMI analysis and inch-loss measurement.
