In a private session, I can focus on specific needs, like helping working professionals manage stress. Here, I am using Tibetan singing bowls placed directly on the body. The vibrations penetrate deep into the tissues, promoting calm and emotional release.

About this collection
My 1-on-1 sessions differ from group baths because they are physically focused. I often place Tibetan singing bowls directly on your body—across the chest, solar plexus, or back—to allow the vibrations to move through your tissues. We begin each appointment with a 15-minute consultation to identify your specific pain points or anxiety triggers, which allows me to select the exact frequency protocols that will serve you best.
The sessions work on the principle of vibro-acoustic massage. By using the bowls directly on your body, the physical sensation of sound waves helps in releasing deep-seated muscular tension that typical talk therapy or passive meditation might miss. I use a mix of 7-piece Tibetan Chakra bowl sets, quartz crystal singing bowls, and larger symphonic gongs to induce brainwave entrainment, guiding you toward Delta and Theta states of deep rest. Whether you are coming to address physical pain, such as lower back stiffness, or looking to quiet a restless mind, the protocol is entirely custom. The studio in New Tippasandra is fully private, ensuring you have the quiet space needed to let your guard down without distraction. After the sound work, we wrap up with herbal tea to help you ground yourself before heading back to the city.
