A quiet, seven-acre sanctuary near Bangalore where yoga is lived as a life, not just practiced as a class. Join our residential community to deepen your inner practice and learn the path of healing.

Here, yoga is a spiritual quest, a 'work in' not just a workout. We begin our sessions with sacred rituals, using fire and incense to cleanse the space and center our minds, preparing for the deep inner work of meditation and self-connection.

In our 300-hour yoga therapy course, personal attention is key. I provide hands-on adjustments to help you understand the subtleties of alignment, ensuring you can safely guide your own students through poses like Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Bend).

You will learn to use the Iyengar yoga wall as a powerful therapeutic tool. Here, we assist a student in a supported inversion, using ropes to decompress the spine and teach the principles of safe, restorative alignment.

Understanding anatomy is fundamental to yoga therapy. I use models of the human spine to give you a clear, practical understanding of how to adapt poses for students with back pain, neck issues, and other physical limitations.

The connection between teacher and student is where the real learning happens. I make time for personal conversations, creating a space of trust and openness where you can ask questions and deepen your understanding of the yogic path.

We take our practice outdoors to connect with the natural energy of the ashram. Leading a group in Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I) under the open sky reminds us that our strength is rooted in the earth and our spirit is expansive.

The bonds you form here are for a lifetime. Our training fosters a deep sense of community and support, where students become family, sharing laughter, encouragement, and joyful moments like this group hug.

Completing your 300-hour training is a profound achievement. I take great pride in presenting each graduate with their internationally recognized Yoga Therapy Teacher Training certificate, marking the start of their new chapter as a healer.

Yoga is life itself. In this talk, I explain my philosophy that yoga is not just something you do on a mat, but a way to understand your purpose, balance your inner and outer worlds, and live in harmony with nature.

Our ashram is a sanctuary, a quiet place away from the city's noise. The 'Om' symbol on our wall overlooks the serene landscape, reminding us to connect with the universal vibration as the sun sets.

About Featured

You won't find luxury here, but you will find a space built for deep practice. Our residential trainings are simple by design—red oxide floors, shared dormitories, and sattvic meals—because we believe that stripping away the noise of the city is the only way to truly hear your own breath. This is where you come to learn that yoga is a 'work in,' not just a physical exercise.
