About Your Transformation: Graduation & Beyond
The graduation ceremony at our Ramanagar campus is a moment of reflection rather than just a formality. It is the final step of your residential journey, where we welcome you into our global 'Soham family.' This moment marks your transition from a dedicated student to a teacher who is ready to carry the light of therapeutic yoga and the practices you have learned into their own communities.
When you complete your 300-hour or 200-hour training with us, you leave with more than a recognized certification. You leave with a deep shift in your own nature.
The Residential Culmination Our graduation is the result of 25 to 30 days of living and breathing yoga. You have spent your time here following a strict sattvic diet, waking up to slow mornings, and learning how to read bodies and use medical props like Iyengar walls and chairs. By the time you receive your certificate, you have moved beyond simply performing poses to understanding the 'work in'—the therapeutic, healing side of yoga.
Joining the Soham Family Our community is small, and we prefer it that way. Whether you joined us for the 200-hour foundations or the advanced 300-hour therapeutic program, you are now part of an alumni network that stays connected. Many of our graduates return to assist in future batches or simply come back to the ashram to find quiet when city life becomes too loud.
What Comes Next You leave here certified, but also equipped with the practical tools to teach. We provide you with the necessary manuals, the confidence gained from leading group sessions, and the grounding of daily meditation and pranayama. Your journey as a teacher starts the moment you step out of our 7-acre campus in Ramanagar. We are here to support that transition, ensuring you feel confident in your ability to help others manage stress, injury, and trauma through the practice of yoga.
Soham Ayur Yoga Ashram
I am Sri Soham. When you train here, you do not just pass through as a student; you become part of our extended family. Neelam Mangat and I work closely with every graduate to ensure you leave with the practical confidence to teach from your own lived experience, not just a textbook.
