Outdoor Court Strength & Agility
Core Training Protocols
- Surface-Specific Drills: Training happens directly on hard courts or clay surfaces to mimic match traction, utilizing agility ladders and saucer cones for crossover and split steps.
- Endurance Conditioning: Features high-repetition sprints (suicides) and perimeter running to build heat tolerance and match fitness.
- Functional Strength: Includes bodyweight staples (burpees, lunges) and tubular resistance band exercises performed on adjacent grass patches.
Training Environment
- Outdoor Exposure: Sessions are conducted in natural elements to build environmental resilience.
- Weather Contingency: Drills shift to grass areas during wet court conditions to ensure continuity.
- Group Format: Competitive batch setting (8-12 students) with reaction training and partner drills.
Premium Indoor Performance Training
Expert-Led Facility
- Specialist Supervision: Programs are designed and monitored by external Strength & Conditioning experts rather than general tennis coaches.
- Indoor Zone: Access to a dedicated, air-conditioned fitness room with artificial turf flooring optimized for plyometric safety.
- Advanced Equipment: Utilization of medicine balls for power, PVC pipes for hinge mastery, and potential weighted implements.
Sports Science Focus
- Injury Prevention: Targeted protocols for rotator cuff stability, knee strengthening, and ankle resilience to withstand high-impact play.
- Semi-Private Attention: Limited batch size (3-4 athletes) allowing for precise form correction and load management.
- Recovery Integration: Structured Yoga and Pranayama sessions included for flexibility and breath control.
Junior Athletic Foundation (Ages 5-10)
Skill Acquisition
- ABC Focus: Drills prioritize Agility, Balance, and Coordination over raw strength using single-leg hops and ladder runs.
- Gamified Equipment: Uses non-traditional, light props like balloons and colorful cones to train hand-eye tracking without heavy weight.
- Safety Zones: Training is conducted on mini-tennis zones or soft grass areas to prevent impact injuries.
Class Structure
- Small Batch Ratio: Classes are capped at 4-6 children to ensure individual supervision during movement patterns.
- Social Drills: Partner activities designed to introduce teamwork concepts alongside individual motor development.

SlamQuest
My Story
We’re SlamQuest, but really, we’re just a bunch of tennis paglus (tennis crazies). You’ll find five-year-olds swinging their frying pan rackets, working folks shaking off stress, and pros sweating it out for national titles. Our court’s seen it all - Lakshmi winning the Global Child Prodigy Award, Riya and Ayesha with their trophies, and every single player leaving a bit of their heart here. This isn’t just tennis. It’s family, passion, and a little madness.
