For me, everything you do off the court shows up in your game. Skills matter, but unless your body, your fuel, and your mind are on point, you're not playing at your best. I’ve built my approach for athletes who want the full package - not just a diet, not just workouts, but real performance coaching.
Nutrition: More Than Khaana-Peena (Just Eating)
I see food as more than calories. It’s about using athlete meal planning to get the right energy for matches, faster recovery, and better focus. We’ll make a plan that’s not just kya khana hai (what to eat) but kyun khana hai (why you're eating it) for your actual needs - whether it's prepping for a big game or bouncing back from a hard session.

No boring workouts here. Our fitness plans are all court-specific fitness routines. We train for real movement - strength, agility, and endurance that helps you play that last point as hard as the first. Core work and balance keep you powerful and steady, while agility drills make you sharp.
