Recreational Group Coaching (3 Days/Week)
Core Training Structure
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Ratio: Strictly capped at 1:4 to ensure individual feedback within the group.
- Curriculum: One-month module covering grips (Continental/Eastern), footwork (split steps), and basic strokes.
Drills & Court Experience
- Drills: Hand-fed ball drills to establish contact points and rhythm.
- Progression: Transition from static hitting to mini-tennis and baseline rallying.
- Game Logic: Introduction to scoring, service rules, and doubles positioning.
- Equipment: Pressurized balls and training aids provided; rackets available for trial.
Advanced Performance & Fitness Batch (Daily)
The Grind Schedule
- Frequency: 5 to 6 sessions per week for serious players.
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes including fitness components.
- Fitness Integration: 2-3 dedicated sessions weekly focusing on lateral agility and injury prevention.
Technical & Tactical Training
- Drills: High-speed live ball drills, point simulations, and offensive transition work.
- Technology: Usage of Slinger Bag for high-repetition stroke consistency.
- Strategy: Match positioning sessions and preparation for local tournaments.
- Surface: Access to both Clay and Hard courts based on location availability.
Private 1-on-1 Technical Session
Personalized Setup
- Coach Tier: Exclusive access to Head Coaches or former AITA ranked players.
- Privacy: Full court usage for one client and coach only.
- Flexibility: Priority slots available before or after standard working hours.
Technical Focus
- Analysis: Biomechanical breakdown of the kinetic chain to improve power and safety.

Doesn’t matter if you’re just starting or you’ve played for years. We’ve got private and group coaching for all levels.
- Beginners: Bas shuru karna hai (just start). We’ll get you playing in a month. You’ll learn the basics - grips, swings, rules. Small groups, max 4 per court, so you get real attention.
- Fitness Seekers: Want to get fit and blow off steam? Our tennis fitness training for adults mixes drills with pro-level fitness routines. Designed with Manish Sagar from Spire Performance. You’ll get faster, stronger, and less prone to injury.
- Intermediate & Advanced: If you’re ready to level up, we run high-intensity drills, teach advanced tactics, and work on your mental game. Intermediate tennis coaching Delhi is all about pushing your limits.

We’re SlamQuest, but really, we’re just a bunch of tennis paglus (tennis crazies). You’ll find five-year-olds swinging their frying pan rackets, working folks shaking off stress, and pros sweating it out for national titles. Our court’s seen it all - Lakshmi winning the Global Child Prodigy Award, Riya and Ayesha with their trophies, and every single player leaving a bit of their heart here. This isn’t just tennis. It’s family, passion, and a little madness.
