- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes per session.
- Focus Ratio: 70% Table Skill / 30% Fitness & Footwork.
Functional Training
- Footwork: Side-to-side shuffling and crossover step drills using floor markers.
- Conditioning: Bodyweight squats, lunges, and core stability work.
- Coordination: Agility ladder patterns to improve rhythm and balance.
Gameplay Application
- Drills: Guided shadow movement practice for posture correction.
- Sparring: Peer practice matches to apply fitness in real game scenarios.
Elite Pro Conditioning Program
Schedule & Venue
- Frequency: 6 days/week (Mon-Sat).
- Duration: 2.5 to 3 hours daily (includes approx. 60 mins off-table fitness).
- Venue: Noida Indoor Stadium Main Arena (Wooden flooring).
High-Intensity Conditioning
- Plyometrics: Stadium stair runs and explosive leg power drills.
- Agility: Ladder runs, hurdle jumps, and reaction training drills.
- Core: High-rep plank challenges, Bosu ball squats, and medicine ball torque work.
On-Table Fitness
- Multi-Ball: Continuous high-speed feeding for cardiovascular endurance.
- Shadow Play: Repetitive stroke movement to build muscle memory.
Recovery Support
- Screening: On-site injury prevention routines by PhysioKarma team.
- Protocols: Assisted stretching and cool-down routines.
1-on-1 Sports Physio Consultation

We didn’t set up just another academy, you know? We wanted a place where kids and grown-ups could feel at home and chase big dreams. For us, table tennis isn’t only about the game, it’s about building guts and character. Sometimes I tell parents, don’t rush for a math tutor, try a TT coach instead!
