Standard Core & Stability Group Program
Training Structure
- Small group sessions (approx. 4 to 8 students) led by fitness instructors.
- 2 to 3 sessions per week synchronized with shooting practice slots.
- General oversight to ensure safety during exercises.
Drills & Equipment
- 10 to 15 minute cardio warm up on standard treadmills or static cycling.
- Core and stability work including planks and bodyweight squats on foam mats.
- Upper body strengthening using push ups and wall mounted pull up bars.
- Shared access to battle ropes for shoulder endurance and balance boards.
- Guided post session cool down stretching for neck, lower back, and hamstrings.

Advanced Coaching Format
- Semi private coaching (1 to 3 students) or integrated sessions with senior coaches.
- Focus on shooting specific muscle isolation for deltoids, trapezius, and forearms.
- Periodic assessment of hold times and core stability metrics.
Specialized Performance Drills
- High intensity battle rope intervals mixed with static hold drills.
- Heart rate modulation training to simulate match pressure aiming.
- Fine motor strengthening routines for wrist and grip stability.
- Proprioception training on wobble boards to enhance postural sway control.
Equipment & Recovery
- Use of heavy bags for impact resistance training and shoulder stability.
- Detailed stretching routines targeting asymmetrical back tightness common in shooters.

Shooting is more physical than people think. At Topgun Shooting Academy, I see again and again that stamina, balance, and strength decide whether you hit the mark or miss it. The tiniest wobble or a bit of tiredness can mean the difference between winning and just trying.
Why General Workouts Aren't Enough
Sirf gym jaana kaafi nahi hai (just hitting the gym isn't enough). Ordinary fitness routines don’t cut it for shooters. My programs are built only for people looking to improve their actual shooting performance. Every drill, every stretch, has a reason behind it—something that helps you hold steady, react fast, or keep your focus when it counts.
What To Expect
- Core stability for shooters gets special focus, so you can manage recoil and stay still during those long holds.
- Endurance training for marksmen is a big deal here—you have to stay sharp till the last shot.
- Loads of balance drills for athletes, because a steady platform is everything.
- Sessions usually mix group warm-ups, bodyweight moves, high-intensity stuff (think battle ropes), treadmill work, and stability drills—sab kuch (everything) tied directly to shooting demands.

My Story
Started with a rifle in my hands, first from Delhi to hit the World Cup stage. Won a ton of medals, but what really got me going was seeing kids and folks from all walks of life light up when they tried shooting. Logon ko lagta hai shooting is out of reach - nah, hum sab provide karte hain (we provide everything). From 8-year-old champs to Zomato delivery guys, we’re here to turn dreams into targets. ‘Gearing for Olympics’ – that’s our jam.
