- Community Integration: Sessions include warm-up or cool-down interactions with mainstream junior batches.
Training Scope
- Fundamentals: Instruction on grip, stance, and swing paths using a fun-first methodology.
- Physical Conditioning: Drills involving running, catching, and throwing to improve gross motor skills.
- Court Type: Training conducted on Acrylic Hard Courts or Clay Courts depending on rotation.
Safety & Methodology
- Instruction Style: Use of simplified visual cues (cones, targets) rather than complex verbal explanations.
- Equipment: Use of soft pressure balls to minimize impact injuries.
Private High-Performance Track
Core Structure
- Format: Strictly 1-on-1 individual coaching for undivided attention.
- Schedule: 60 minutes per session, 3 days per week (12 sessions/month).
- Coach Level: Supervised by a Senior AITA Level 3 Certified Coach.
Technical Development
- Customized Progression: Drills tailored to specific cognitive and motor processing speeds.
- Equipment: Progression from transitional balls (Red/Orange) to standard yellow balls.
- Motor Skills: 15-minute dedicated segment per session for agility, balance, and hand-eye coordination.
Tournament Readiness
- Competition Prep: Training aligned specifically with Special Olympics rules and scoring formats.
- Mental Conditioning: Techniques for focus and emotional regulation to handle match pressure.

How We Coach
No cookie-cutter stuff. I start by listening to you - your goals, your strengths, your struggles. Then I build a plan that’s just yours. Sessions are one-on-one or tiny groups, so you get real attention. You set the pace. You join our tennis paglu (crazy for tennis) crew.

My Story
We’re SlamQuest, but really, we’re just a bunch of tennis paglus (tennis crazies). You’ll find five-year-olds swinging their frying pan rackets, working folks shaking off stress, and pros sweating it out for national titles. Our court’s seen it all - Lakshmi winning the Global Child Prodigy Award, Riya and Ayesha with their trophies, and every single player leaving a bit of their heart here. This isn’t just tennis. It’s family, passion, and a little madness.
