Dynamic Corporate Workspaces
Work is changing, and your office should keep up. We design adaptable spaces that blend private focus zones with open, collaborative hubs to keep your team energized.
This video tour highlights the different types of workspaces we design. You can see the mix of open office layouts, glass-walled private cabins, and executive meeting rooms that support various work styles.
An open-plan office layout with modern workstations and low partitions to encourage communication. An orange phone booth provides a quiet, soundproof space for private calls.
A linear workstation arrangement in a large open office. We used suspended acoustic panels and linear lighting to manage noise and provide consistent, comfortable illumination across the floor.
An open office environment with a mix of workstation configurations. The design uses low wooden partitions to create a sense of personal space without sacrificing the open feel.
This workspace features bright orange flooring to define walkways and circulation paths. The use of color and circular meeting pods breaks the monotony of a traditional office layout.
A view across a large open-plan office, showing the use of planters on storage units to add greenery and act as natural space dividers. The exposed ceiling and brick wall add an industrial touch.
In this workspace, we challenged the norm by designing it with no lights in the ceiling. All illumination comes from integrated task lighting and ambient light from the large windows, creating a clean, uncluttered ceiling plane.
Another view of the open office with no ceiling lights. Long rows of workstations are punctuated by large planters, which help with acoustics and add a biophilic element to the space.
Designing a floor with only task lighting is tricky but rewarding. This image shows a workspace where each desk has its own dedicated light source, giving employees control over their environment.
A truly unique open-plan office featuring a custom backlit stretch ceiling printed with a sky and tree graphic. This biophilic design element creates a sense of openness and connection to nature.
About Dynamic Workspaces
Getting lighting right is often the biggest challenge in open-plan offices. We often skip standard overhead tube lights entirely, relying instead on custom task lighting and strategic ambient sources. This approach keeps the ceiling plane clean and uncluttered while giving your team direct control over their own desk light, which significantly reduces eye strain and energy usage throughout the day.
Building Flexibility into Every Square Foot
Modern offices need to do more than hold desks. We focus on creating dynamic layouts that shift with your team's needs. Whether it is reconfigurable hexagonal desks or linear workstations that can be pivoted for team projects, our goal is to ensure the floor plan stays relevant as your company grows.
The Science of Comfort
Design is nothing if the space isn't comfortable to work in. We integrate acoustic paneling directly into our ceilings and partitions to manage noise levels in open zones. To combat the sterility of traditional corporate buildings, we use biophilic design elements like indoor planter boxes, green walls, and sometimes even printed sky ceilings to introduce natural calm into high-pressure environments.
Beyond the Workstation
We design 'Khau Galli' style social zones and cafeteria spaces that function as the office's community hub. These are intentionally designed to be different from the primary work areas, providing a clear physical and mental break for staff. From raw exposed brick finishes in meeting rooms to high-performance CAT6 cabling for your server racks, we ensure that the infrastructure supporting your office is as reliable as it is aesthetically distinct.
Our Process
We start with your story, not a catalog. We provide detailed 2D and 3D planning, MEP coordination for open-ceiling concepts, and consistent site supervision. Whether you are refurbishing an existing setup in Mumbai or building out a new shell in Hyderabad, our approach is always hands-on and transparent.
Beyond Design
We are Beyond Design. We believe an office shouldn't feel like a factory; it should feel like a community. Whether we are planning an IT campus for thousands or a cozy HQ, our goal is to design spaces where people actually want to spend their time.
