This bedroom is designed as a tranquil retreat, where the morning sun filters through timber lattices, creating a dynamic play of light and shadow. The space opens onto a modern 'jharokha' or enclosed balcony, featuring a traditional swing, blurring the line between the comfort of the indoors and the serenity of the outdoors.
We believe a home should be in dialogue with its surroundings. This multi-generational residence in Nagpur, 'The Light House', uses operable timber screens and staggered balconies to create privacy and shade, while remaining connected to the life of the neighborhood.
A floating staircase becomes a sculptural element against a wall of glass, dissolving the boundary between the home and the lush tropical garden outside. This design for 'The Tropical House' is a direct expression of our passion for creating homes that live and breathe with nature.
Inspired by the traditional Indian 'wada' or courtyard house, this multi-level atrium forms the heart of the home. Clad in warm timber, it creates visual and aural connections across floors, allowing light and life to flow through the entire structure, fostering a sense of togetherness for the family.
For 'The Leaf House', a weekend retreat, the form of the building itself was inspired by nature. The organic, leaf-shaped concrete shells shelter the living spaces while opening up to the landscape, creating a home that feels like a natural extension of its environment.
As night falls, 'The Light House' transforms into a warm beacon against the city skyline. The design ensures that the home feels just as inviting and alive after sunset, with carefully planned lighting that highlights its architectural form and the life within.
This apartment facade is our climate-responsive philosophy in practice. Deep, staggered balconies provide shade to the floors below, and elegant aluminum slats filter the harsh sun, ensuring the living spaces within remain cool and comfortable without sacrificing light.
A central courtyard offers a moment of profound peace and welcome. The traditional brass 'urli' filled with flowers, set against the clean lines of modern arches, symbolizes our approach: a seamless blend of timeless Indian heritage and contemporary architectural thought.

About Architectural Design - Residential

We see every home as more than just walls and roofs - it’s a living story that grows with you and your family. For us, designing a house means shaping spaces where you feel free, connected, and inspired every single day.

How We Work

  • Designing a home is a full team effort. We spend time on site, handpicking materials, and working closely with craftsmen who actually get what we want to build. Every step matters - right from sketches to the final finishes, nothing is left to chance.
  • No shortcuts, but yeah, sometimes the details take longer than expected.

Our Design Style

  • Nature is our biggest inspiration. We design climate responsive homes: big balconies, jaalis (latticed screens), open courtyards, and rooms that stay cool in the heat.
  • Natural light living spaces are our thing. Think skylights, big windows, atriums - your home feels bright all day.
  • We love blurring the line between indoors and outdoors - building around trees, connecting rooms to verandas, and opening up to gardens.

Tradition Meets Today

  • We draw on modern Indian residential architecture, reworking old ideas like wada (courtyard homes) and jharokha (enclosed balconies) for how you actually live now.
  • Shade, privacy, and a bit of drama with light and shadow - all built in.

Kinds of Homes We Design

  • Multi-gen family homes, luxury villas, weekend houses, apartments, and even community housing.
  • Every project is different, but the focus is always on making daily life better.

If you want a home that’s rooted, light-filled, and truly yours, that’s what we do.

My Story

Been at this for 30 years now. Our journey started with SR University—back then, just 350 rupees a square foot, woods all around, not much but big dreams. Our office, right by Gateway of India, gets flooded with morning light. Some brass lights from Chor Bazaar, some custom-made, all with a story. We love digging into heritage—Hampi, banana fibres, black pottery, all that jazz. For us, buildings are meditative. We chase beauty, soul, and spaces that bring people together.

My Work

Architecture & Interior Design - We design homes, campuses, hotels, offices—big master plans too. Always keeping things human, and green.

Blending Tradition & Innovation - We rework classics like jaali and jharokha, making climate-responsive architecture that feels rooted but fresh.

Details Matter - From picking stone at the quarry to working side-by-side with masons, we obsess over every detail.

Working With Artisans - We team up with craftspeople—banana fibre, black pottery, all sorts—giving spaces a real, artisan-crafted feel.

Designing for People & Planet - We bring nature in, create light-filled atriums, use passive cooling design. Spaces for comfort, joy, and sustainability.
