About Institutional & Campus Design
We see campuses as living, breathing places. For us, every institutional space should feel like it belongs to the people who use it and the land it sits on. A good campus doesn’t just hold classes - it helps students and teachers feel at home, sparks chance meetings, and lets folks connect in ways that go beyond books and blackboards.
How We Shape Campuses
- Our focus is always on people, not just buildings. We avoid stiff layouts and instead create flexible educational environments where learning spills into corridors, courtyards, and staircases.
- We love designing the spaces in between - the nooks where friends meet, the plazas that become gathering spots, the shaded walkways that invite you to linger.
- Nature is part of every design. We blend indoor and outdoor life, with plenty of light, cross-breezes, and green views. Buildings should feel like they sit lightly on the land, not fight it.
- Human-centric campus planning means every detail is about comfort and well-being, whether you’re a student, professor, or just passing through.
Real Stories from Our Work
- At SR University, we helped a small college grow into a massive campus, where the canteen and library became lively social learning spaces, not just functional rooms.
- Sparkrill International School’s design lets kids learn in streets, play near rocks, and see nature as part of every day.
- We’ve worked on museums and heritage sites too, always trying to create spaces that feel rooted in their place and culture.
We always study the climate, land, and local stories before we start designing. Our goal is to make places that age well and stay true to their spirit, even as they expand over the years.

My Story
Been at this for 30 years now. Our journey started with SR University—back then, just 350 rupees a square foot, woods all around, not much but big dreams. Our office, right by Gateway of India, gets flooded with morning light. Some brass lights from Chor Bazaar, some custom-made, all with a story. We love digging into heritage—Hampi, banana fibres, black pottery, all that jazz. For us, buildings are meditative. We chase beauty, soul, and spaces that bring people together.
My Work
Architecture & Interior Design - We design homes, campuses, hotels, offices—big master plans too. Always keeping things human, and green.
Blending Tradition & Innovation - We rework classics like jaali and jharokha, making climate-responsive architecture that feels rooted but fresh.
Details Matter - From picking stone at the quarry to working side-by-side with masons, we obsess over every detail.
Working With Artisans - We team up with craftspeople—banana fibre, black pottery, all sorts—giving spaces a real, artisan-crafted feel.
Designing for People & Planet - We bring nature in, create light-filled atriums, use passive cooling design. Spaces for comfort, joy, and sustainability.
