How I Work

My process is like a jam session - I dig deep into what you need, where you’re coming from, and what the place could be. I don’t just hand over a plan; I keep you in the loop and we keep bouncing ideas till it feels right. A few things always stay at the core:

• Spaces are for people first. I chase natural light, good energy, and real comfort. Employee well-being office design is not a buzzword for me, it’s basic.
• I love mixing new materials and tech with old-school crafts. Sometimes the best ideas come when you mash up the past and the present.
• You’re always part of the design. No big boss act here.
