About Therapeutic & Expressive Dance
Why I Do This
Dance saved me when nothing else could. After a tough year, I found a bit of jaado (magic) in moving my body and letting go. Now, I want to share that with you. This isn’t about learning steps or looking perfect - it’s about letting movement be your language when words don’t work.
What To Expect
- No choreography, no pressure. Just you, your body, and the music.
- We start with simple guided movements to help you tune in.
- Then, you get to flow however you want - thoda (a little) guidance, mostly your own style.
- At the end, there’s space to reflect, chat, or just sit quietly. Your choice.
Who’s This For?
- Anyone looking for healing through movement or emotional release dance.
- If you want to connect with yourself, or just need a break from all the noise.
- No dance experience needed. Seriously, khuda hi jaane (God only knows) what you’ll discover.
Why It Matters
I’ve seen kids with special needs light up in these sessions. Dance is for everyone - it’s pure pyaar (love) and freedom. If you’re curious, or just want to feel a bit lighter, this space is yours.

My Story
2023, man, what a year. Got knocked down, got back up, rinse and repeat. Proper roller coaster. Lost a lot, found myself. Rishikesh happened on a whim, came back with a yoga teacher badge and a whole new respect for breath. Now I’m here, feeling proud and grateful. If I can grow, so can you. Let’s keep moving, keep learning. Yeh nayi shuruaat hai (this is a new beginning) and it means the world to me.
My Work
What I Offer - Dance therapy for healing, expressive dance flow, mindful dance fitness, and yoga for emotional release. Group or retreat style.

Zero Judgement Space - Doesn’t matter if you’re a pro or just curious. No rules, no pressure. Just you, your pace, your vibe.
Who Should Join? - Anyone wanting self-discovery, healing, emotional release, or just some fun energy. Let’s groove together.
