Dance is honestly my happy drug - one hour where I forget everything else and just move. I’ve built my classes for anyone who wants to let loose, no matter if you’ve got two left feet or you’ve never tried a dance workout before.

How My Classes Feel

You’ll get a mix of intensity and mad fun. I’m not about perfection or fancy edits. Just raw energy, real sweat, and lots of laughs. The goal is simple - heart pumping, coordination improving, and having a blast while we burn those calories.

What We Groove To

The playlist is always changing. Expect high-octane Bollywood fitness class tracks, Latin dance workout vibes, and all your English chartbusters. I switch up the choreo every week so it never gets boring.

  • Online dance fitness group classes over Zoom, so you can jump in from anywhere.
  • In-person sessions in Sarjapur, Bangalore – best way to start your day if you’re local.
  • Pop-up masterclasses that get wild. Sometimes you’ll hear people shout, “Ennada nadakkudu inga?!” when the energy hits.
  • Private group dance session for friends or office teams – perfect for team building with some Mast Majaa (great fun).

Our Crew

My dance workout community is straight up insane. We hype each other up, have monthly “Members Spotlight”, and honestly, it’s more family than fitness. Some days motivation drops, but I just show up and let the music do its thing.

My Story

Hey, I'm Naveen! Dance started out as just a passion, now it’s my job and my happy pill. Not gonna lie, some days are tough, but seeing my daughter Nakshu groove with me? Best feeling ever. Even my wife jumps in, though she says she’s a total non-dancer! For us, it’s all about having fun, making memories, and showing up even when motivation dips. Grateful for my family and my dance community. That’s my world.

My Work

Dance Fitness & More - I run high-energy dance fitness sessions, online and in-person master classes, private group parties, and corporate events.

Beginner Dance Fitness - My classes are super beginner-friendly. If you think you can’t dance, trust me, you’ll surprise yourself.

It’s Always a Party - 60 minutes, non-stop music, trending beats, old-school jams. We dance like nobody’s watching. Energy always up.

Community Love - My dance fam is everything. Rain or traffic, people show up and we grow together. That’s what keeps me going.
