About Dance Fitness & Workshops
Why I Do This
I started these dance fitness sessions because I wanted a space where everyone feels like family. It's not about being a perfect dancer - koi bhi perfect nahi hota, yaar (nobody's perfect, friend). We laugh, we sweat, sometimes we mess up steps, but we always have fun.
What Happens in Class
- Every session is like a dance party, not a boring workout.
- We mix up Salsa, Hip Hop, Reggaeton, Bhangra, and Bollywood Zumba classes.
- Expect easy moves, loud music, and loads of masti (fun).
- You might burn 300 to 900 calories, but honestly, you’ll be too busy smiling to count.
Who Can Join
Doesn’t matter if you think you have two left feet or you’re shy. Our beginner-friendly dance sessions are for all ages, all genders. No judgment, just good vibes.
Quick Tips Before You Come
- Wear comfy shoes - trust me, your feet will thank you.
- Bring water, you’ll need it.
- Eat light before class, like a banana or something - heavy food and dancing don’t mix.
Workshops & Events
We also do corporate dance fitness events and special workshops for festivals, offices, or even Pride celebrations. If you want to bring the party to your team or prep for a stage show, we’re up for it.

My Story
Hi, we’re Ankur and Deepak. 15 years together - time just slipped by, yaar. We argue, we laugh, but we always have each other’s back. Seth Ji’s Kitchen started as a dream, now it’s our family. You’ll always find Deepak making folks dance their stress away, and me, maybe singing old songs after a long day. Yeh hamari life hai - food, dance, music, aur pyaar (this is our life - food, dance, music, and love).
My Work
What We Do - Home-style food, bulk catering, and rainbow cupcakes for events. Plus, Deepak’s high-energy Zumba and dance workshops!
Our Kitchen - Comfort food like Indori poha and vada pav, served with love. Bulk orders for parties, safe space for all.
Zumba & Dance - LGBTQ+ inclusive Zumba classes - all levels welcome, just come dance and have fun. No judgment, only energy.
Community First - We’re LGBTQ+ run, and our space is for everyone. Kitchen, dance, music - all are welcome here.
