About My Workshops: A Space to Heal and Connect
These workshops are not about learning choreography or performing for others. We start with 20 minutes of yoga-influenced breathwork to ground your energy before moving into 60 minutes of freestyle flow. You do not need any dance experience to join because this space is about how the movement makes you feel, not how it looks.
My sessions are designed as a zero-judgment zone where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you are dealing with stress, looking for emotional release, or just want to get out of your head, the process remains the same: a focus on somatic movement.
We typically meet at wellness spaces like Kana or Third Space in Indiranagar. The structure is simple: 20 minutes of grounding breathwork, 60 minutes of guided improvisation, where I provide the rhythm and you choose the flow, and 25 minutes of cooling down with a reflection circle.
For those who need more intimacy, I also offer private somatic healing sessions at home or in a private studio. These include a 15-minute consultation to help me understand your triggers, allowing us to prepare a playlist and movement style that fits your emotional needs perfectly.
If you are booking for a private small group of up to 10 people, we can tailor the vibe entirely to your requirements, whether you need a high-energy release or a quiet, grounding experience. I travel to your location with a portable sound system, and we adapt the intensity based on everyone's comfort level. This is not just exercise. It is about finding freedom in your own skin.
