About Yoga Classes
My Yoga Story
My journey with yoga started in Rishikesh, honestly, khuda hi jaane (God only knows) what pulled me there. That trip changed everything for me. Yoga became more than just asanas (postures) - it’s about letting life in, learning, and finding your way back to yourself.
Breath at the Center
If there’s one thing I keep coming back to, it’s the breath. It’s the real captain of the ship, but most people ignore it. In my classes, we focus a lot on breathwork in yoga practice. My dance background sneaks in too, so you’ll find thoda (a little) expressive movement mixed with the flows. We move, we feel, and let the breath do its thing.
What to Expect
- Classes are rooted in Hatha yoga flow for beginners and Vinyasa, always led by breath.
- I use props like blocks to help with alignment, so you don’t have to be super flexible or experienced.
- It’s not about the ‘perfect’ pose. It’s about self-discovery and growth.
- You’ll get a mix of traditional yoga, mindful movement yoga, and maybe a bit of that Rishikesh jaado (magic).
Retreat Sessions
I also design yoga retreat sessions for those who want a deeper, immersive experience. These are usually in peaceful spots, focusing on connecting with yourself and nature through yoga.

My Story
2023, man, what a year. Got knocked down, got back up, rinse and repeat. Proper roller coaster. Lost a lot, found myself. Rishikesh happened on a whim, came back with a yoga teacher badge and a whole new respect for breath. Now I’m here, feeling proud and grateful. If I can grow, so can you. Let’s keep moving, keep learning. Yeh nayi shuruaat hai (this is a new beginning) and it means the world to me.
