Dance Therapy Workshops in Bengaluru for Emotional Release
Movement is the language we use when words fail. Join me in a safe, judgment-free space to let go, breathe, and find your own rhythm through somatic dance.
(Hero Media) This is why I do what I do. Sharing the magic of movement with these wonderful children was a moment of pure pyaar and connection. My therapeutic dance sessions are for every single body, a space where we celebrate being different, not less.
I wanted to take a moment to explain what Dance Flow truly is. It’s not about performance or getting steps right. It's about giving yourself the freedom to move, to express, and to find a release that feels authentic to you. I will be there to guide you, but this journey is all yours.
Here is a little glimpse into one of my dance therapy sessions. You can see the liberating energy in the room as we move together. It's a journey of self discovery where each person finds their own unique rhythm in a supportive community setting.
This picture captures a feeling I hold close to my heart: opening my arms to new beginnings. My expressive dance workshops are built on this feeling of letting go of what was and embracing what is, with hope and gratitude.
Sometimes, dance is just about pure, simple joy. I love flowing with other artists and feeling the energy of a shared choreography. This is a reminder that healing and happiness can exist in the same moment.
This smile comes after a year of deep learning and resilience. My personal journey through pain and surrender is what led me to create these sessions. I found my way back to the light through movement, and I want to help you find yours too.

I regularly host dance therapy workshops for anyone looking to connect with themselves. This is what an invitation to one of my sessions looks like. It’s a call to explore, heal, and find joy in movement, no experience necessary.

About Featured
My sessions are entirely unchoreographed. We don't worry about steps, technique, or looking good. We start with simple breathwork to ground you, move into free-flow to help you release whatever you're holding onto, and finish with a quiet circle to reflect. It’s just you, the music, and your body.
I started these sessions because movement was the only thing that helped me heal after a year of pain. My approach to dance therapy is somatic, which means we focus on how the movement feels inside your body rather than how it looks to an observer.
Whether you join a public workshop at spaces like Kana or Third Space, or book a private session, the structure remains intentional.
What we do in a session:
- Yoga-Influenced Grounding (20 mins): We start by regulating the nervous system through breathwork and slow, steady movement.
- Guided Improvisation (60 mins): I provide the container, but you lead the flow. This is where you get to move exactly how your body wants to move. If you need to shake, sway, or just stand still, you can.
- Reflection Circle (25 mins): There is no pressure to share, but there is always space to sit, process, and be heard.
This is a trauma-informed, judgment-free zone. I see people arrive with heavy shoulders and leave looking lighter—not because they mastered a dance, but because they finally let themselves feel. You don't need rhythm, dance experience, or any special gear to show up here. You just need to show up.
