My Story: The 'Why' Behind My Work
This is where it all started. A journey through pain, surrender, and finding my rhythm again—and how that became the space I hold for you.
Life can change in an instant, but I've learned that if you want to reset your outer reality, you have to start from within. This photo reminds me of that transformative power and the gratitude I have for where I am today.
I'm stepping into an era of doing things I've never done before. Life has its way of teaching us, and every nudge is a lesson. This is a reminder to myself and to you to keep moving forward, always.
Setting resolutions helps me turn my thoughts into reality. This picture was taken during a moment of reflection on carrying love, trusting the journey, and staying true to my own path. These are the values I bring to my work.

About My Story: The 'Why' Behind My Work
In every session, whether group or private, I hold the space, but you lead the movement. You do not need to be a dancer to find your flow here. My approach is rooted in letting go rather than learning steps, so you can work through whatever you are feeling at your own pace without judgment.
My journey into dance therapy was not a career plan, but a survival strategy. After a year of significant personal struggle, I discovered that movement could do what words often failed to do: it offered an outlet for emotions that felt too heavy to carry. That is exactly what I bring to my sessions.
Why I Focus on Somatic Movement
I am not a choreographer. I am a facilitator who uses yoga-influenced grounding, breathwork, and expressive dance to help you tune into your body. Whether we are in a studio in Indiranagar or conducting a private session at your home, the goal is simple: to help you feel lighter.
What You Can Expect
- No Performance: There is no audience and no mirror-checking. If you want to move freely, or if you just need to sit and breathe, both are perfectly fine.
- Trauma-Informed Care: I recognize that bodies hold onto stress. We begin with gentle, somatic warm-ups to ensure you feel safe before we dive into the movement.
- A Community of Healing: Whether you join a group workshop or book a 1-on-1, my focus is always on your emotional release and self-discovery.
I have seen how this practice helps people reconnect with themselves. If you have been looking for a way to break through the noise of daily life and find a bit of jaado (magic) in your own body, I would love to guide you through it.
