Dance is my lifeline. It’s helped me through tough days and made the good ones even better. For me, it’s not just about fitness - it’s about that little bit of jaado (magic) movement brings. I want you to feel that spark too.

This isn’t your regular workout. I keep things super fun, with a high-energy fitness class that’s all about letting loose. We sweat, we laugh, and sometimes there’s thoda (a little) madness. No judgment here - just pure joy and movement.

My Story
2023, man, what a year. Got knocked down, got back up, rinse and repeat. Proper roller coaster. Lost a lot, found myself. Rishikesh happened on a whim, came back with a yoga teacher badge and a whole new respect for breath. Now I’m here, feeling proud and grateful. If I can grow, so can you. Let’s keep moving, keep learning. Yeh nayi shuruaat hai (this is a new beginning) and it means the world to me.
