Montessori Elementary School Program (Ages 6+) in Bengaluru

At Siksha Montessori, I greet every child with a simple 'Namaste' because I truly believe each one deserves respect and recognition. For kids aged 6 and up, my job is to help them discover the world at their pace, not just cram in facts. I follow the child, letting their interests and questions guide what comes next.

What Kids Experience Here

• Learning gets more challenging, but also more interesting. I focus on more than just the basics.
• Language activities go beyond spelling and handwriting - now it’s about building their own sentences and expressing ideas.
• In math, we use hands-on learning activities like 'Constructive Triangles' to make sense of numbers and shapes. Math makes more sense when you can touch it.
• Science is all about real stuff - drawing insects, watching how plants grow, getting curious and asking why.

Building Real-Life Skills

• I make sure every child gets to do things that matter, not just schoolwork. Folding, preparing simple snacks, caring for their classroom - these practical life skills for children build independence and confidence.

World Awareness

• We learn about continents, cultures, and celebrate festivals from around the globe. The goal? Kids grow up with empathy and open minds.

Our Space

• The classroom is peaceful and organised, with low shelves and mats where kids pick what they want to work on. It’s all about self-directed classroom environment - I’m just here to support, not to hover.

Some days are messier than others, and not every child loves every task. But watching them grow into thoughtful, capable humans makes it worth it.
